After a big merge, Besedo held the most comprehensive offer in all of content moderation: a highly experienced team of human moderators spread out over seven time zones and state-of-the-art AI technology — a deadly combination as far as offensive and misplaced content is concerned.
But with their need for creative output hastily outgrowing their current marketing budget, Head of Content, Jonas Strandell, had to rely on his business savviness and think outside the box. Expanding the in-house team was on the horizon, but a more immediate solution was needed. And with new and fresh visual guidelines, hiring individual freelancers simply seemed too risky.

Besedo didn’t end up with a subscription at Klingit by chance. Jonas came to the conclusion that although he had never worked with us, the potential upside would be a highly efficient creative team on call at an incredible price, while the downside would come down to nothing more than a canceled subscription and half of a designer’s monthly salary. A good bet by anyone’s standard.
