Background
Optifit was founded by Magnus Wahlström in 2023 with the ambition to help people lose weight using a combination of new weight loss medications and continuous care with a medical team.
– I had personal experience trying to lose weight and had tried everything from training to various diets. Sometimes it worked temporarily, but then I gained it all back. When I tried Ozempic, I was able to reach and maintain my target weight. That became the starting point for Optifit.
When someone becomes a patient at Optifit, a thorough assessment is done through blood testing and a consultation with a specialist. This ensures that the patient truly needs to lose weight and that there are no medical obstacles to treatment. Optifit believes in long-term support and lifestyle changes as part of the weight loss journey. Patients also get access to a health coach as an additional resource.
– Often it’s not just one thing that causes obesity, says Magnus Wahlström. To achieve long-term sustainable results, we continuously support our patients in their weight loss journey.

Solution
The company got in touch with Klingit in 2024 and began discussing a collaboration to accelerate growth. In autumn 2024, work started to support Optifit with everything from strategy, branding, and website to ongoing marketing activities.
– In-house, we have one person working part-time as the point of contact for Klingit’s services. We’ve chosen to outsource all other parts to Klingit, says Magnus Wahlström.
Since the beginning, the collaboration has delivered a stronger visual identity, an updated messaging platform, a new website, a tailored AI model for image generation in Klingit’s On-Brand Studio, and ongoing content and management of both organic and paid marketing across social media and search channels.
– Klingit supports us in both organic and paid digital channels. Since both the results and the collaboration have been so good, we’ve continued to expand with more channels and higher budgets.

Results
Optifit’s growth has accelerated significantly since the collaboration with Klingit began. The number of monthly inquiries has doubled, while the cost per lead has been cut in half.

While conversions and leads have doubled, traffic has only increased by 27 percent. That says a lot about how well we’ve been able to target the right message together with Klingit, we’re simply reaching the right people in the right way and getting much more out of every krona invested.

Looking ahead, Optifit will continue to grow with the goal of becoming one of the largest players in medical weight loss in Sweden, and eventually the Nordics.
– As we grow, our collaboration with Klingit will also grow. Our ambition is to deepen the partnership and grow together for many years to come.
