Background

Hypertype is an AI company focused on machine manufacturers, specifically helping them streamline their aftermarket operations and customer support. With Hypertype’s solution, customers can centralize manual support data and let the company’s AI suggest solutions based on relevant data sources combined.
– We founded the company in 2021, but chose to refine our direction and focus more clearly when generative AI started gaining broader traction, says Beatrice Baltscheffsky, CCO and one of two co-founders of Hypertype. My role involves a lot of customer interaction, marketing through conferences and trade shows, as well as ongoing dialogue around development and product development together with our tech team. Our ambition is to become a world leading company within our niche.

When Hypertype decided to shift its focus, there was also a need to revisit the company’s brand and visual identity. Around that time, Beatrice Baltscheffsky was introduced to Klingit.
– Many people in my network had positive experiences working with Klingit, so I decided to take an initial, no strings attached, meeting to learn more.

Solution

Through Klingit, Beatrice Baltscheffsky gained access to a creative team consisting of a project manager, creative director, brand designer, and copywriter to develop the core brand and later the new visual identity.
– In the early stages, we worked very iteratively based on your workshop-driven branding process. It was clear that the focus was on helping us get as much value as possible, without wasting time or budget unnecessarily, says Beatrice Baltscheffsky. I experienced the Klingit team as attentive, fast, and well structured. At the same time, you listened closely to our input and moved the project forward according to the original timeline.

The initial phases later evolved into an ongoing collaboration between Hypertype and Klingit, focused on content, creative production, and digital activation throughout the fall of 2025.

Result

Beatrice Baltscheffsky describes the collaboration with Klingit as flexible, fast paced, and genuinely enjoyable. The combination of high quality output and speed has allowed her to focus on other priorities, which she sees as a major advantage.
– I loved the final result we created together, and I genuinely enjoyed the journey getting there, which I think is essential for a successful collaboration. Marketing has become much easier for me to manage now that we have a clear direction, a strong structure, and all materials gathered in one place. Overall, I consider Klingit to be very cost effective.
