VaccinDirekt is one of the leading vaccination providers in the Nordics, operating in both Sweden and Finland. Since the early 1970s, the company has focused on preventive healthcare. Today, VaccinDirekt operates around 50 clinics across Sweden, as well as mobile vaccination units in the form of Tick Buses that travel across the country during the TBE season.
– We are in a growth phase and continuously establishing ourselves in new locations, says Josefin Blomkvist, Digital Marketing Specialist at VaccinDirekt.
The marketing department consists of a small team with broad responsibilities. In addition to advertising and CRM, the team also works with design, web, UX, and campaign production.
– It really varies from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, says Josefin Blomkvist. One day we focus on campaigns, concepts, and Meta ads, and the next on website improvements and booking flows. We have broad internal expertise but regularly need support from specialists in areas such as motion design, concept development, and campaign production.
VaccinDirekt came into contact with Klingit while searching for a flexible solution for ongoing creative production.
– We were curious about the Creative-as-a-Service model and booked an introductory meeting after being contacted by email. It immediately felt like a solution that suited the way we work.

Solution
VaccinDirekt and Klingit began collaborating at the beginning of last year, and the partnership has since expanded to include more areas within content and campaign production.
Many people are aware that they should get vaccinated against TBE but still postpone it. At the same time, TBE is spreading to more areas across Sweden. The infection no longer occurs only in forests and archipelagos, but just as often in everyday environments such as parks, gardens, and summer houses, increasing the importance of protection.
Together with Klingit, VaccinDirekt developed a campaign concept based on previous campaigns and learnings. The focus was to create clear communication, both visually and in messaging, while balancing the serious nature of the disease with an approachable tone.
– We want to remind people to vaccinate against TBE before spring and summer, since TBE can be prevented but not cured. Klingit created a concept that made the campaign clear and scalable across multiple formats and platforms.
Once the concept was finalized, Klingit produced campaign assets based on VaccinDirekt’s media plan, adapted for several channels and placements. The campaign appeared both digitally and in physical environments, including large screens at T-Centralen, Odenplan, and Östermalmstorg, in public transportation, as well as in social media and other digital channels such as radio and podcast advertising.
Throughout the activation, Klingit acted as a flexible production partner and a creative extension of the in-house team.
– I think the collaboration works very smoothly, says Josefin Blomkvist. Klingit’s production platform is easy to use, tasks and projects are easy to follow up on, and the project managers are highly skilled.

Result
VaccinDirekt’s TBE campaign became a success, both in terms of visibility and conversion during the important spring and summer season. For VaccinDirekt, the collaboration with Klingit has also helped elevate the overall creative quality.
– The quality of what Klingit produces is very high, says Josefin. Website design, new visual identity, motion, and print. Klingit has really helped us raise the level of everything we launch.
