How is pricing calculated if we need multiple services?
We create a custom proposal based on your needs and scope. You’ll receive a clear price for review and approval before any work begins.
Can we switch between subscription and project pricing?
Absolutely, subject to the termination terms of your current plan. You can also combine project-based pricing with an ongoing subscription for different types of work.
What happens if we need more output than our plan includes?
It’s completely normal for demand to fluctuate. If you need additional support, you can either upgrade your subscription for better long-term value or purchase additional capacity on a case-by-case basis for greater flexibility.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. We don’t charge setup fees or have any hidden costs. Please note, however, that third-party costs such as media spend for paid social campaigns are not included and need to be budgeted separately where relevant.
Can we pause or cancel a subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms of your plan. With our longer-term subscriptions, you also have the option to pause your subscription for one month per year.
How long does a typical project or subscription onboarding take?
It depends on the maturity of your brand and team, but we’re typically up and running within the first few weeks.
How many revisions are included?
This depends partly on the scope of the work and the quality of the initial brief. Sometimes we get it right on the first go, but two rounds of feedback are typically included as standard.
Do you offer performance marketing as part of a marketing subscription?
Yes. Performance marketing can be included as part of your subscription. The exact scope and deliverables are agreed with you before any work begins.
Can you also manage organic posting on social media or our website as part of our subscription?
Yes. We can manage organic publishing across social media and your website, with the scope tailored to your objectives. For website updates, we’ll first need access to and an understanding of your current technical setup and CMS.
Can we use Klingit to develop a marketing plan or strategy?
Yes. Many clients involve Klingit in the strategic phase to define their marketing approach, priorities and communication plan before moving into execution.
What if we’re not happy with the work?
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know and explain what isn’t working. We’ll address your feedback and include an additional revision round to get the work on track as quickly as possible.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. We work with companies around the world, although the majority of our clients are currently based in Europe.
Can we start with a smaller package and scale up later?
Absolutely. Starting small and scaling up as your needs grow is a common way to begin working with Klingit.
What’s included in the trial period?
During the trial period, you can cancel your subscription for any reason without paying the associated subscription fees. If you choose to cancel but want to use any of the work created during the trial, you’ll only be charged for the credits used.
