We usually deliver designs within 48 hours (depending on the complexity of the design project). Please contact your project manager or email our support team to clear things up and get your project moving.
If you don’t like the designs you’ve received please contact your assigned project manager as soon as possible and we’ll do everything to set it right for you. This might mean assigning you a new designer whose work more closely aligns with your vision. We’ll also keep a close eye on how things are going to ensure that your experience with our service is as seamless as possible.
Our designers will work on your project in the order they are laid out in your dashboard. Typically, they’ll appear in your dashboard in the order you’ve uploaded them but it’s really easy to change this order if you want to. All you need to do is hover over your project card and use the drop-down options. If you have any trouble, contact your project manager and they’ll be super happy to help.
