Can you submit more than one project?

Feel free to submit as many projects as you like, as often as you like. Depending on the plan you’ve chosen, we’ll either work on multiple projects simultaneously or one after the other.

What exactly can you design?

The sky is the limit when it comes to what our clever team can design. Need a presentation? No problem. How about a branded t-shirt? Consider it done. Business cards, landing pages, newsletters, you name it – we can do it. We can even design iOS and Android apps.

How long does it take to complete a project?

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround time – typically within 48 hours. This is of course dependent on how many revisions you need and the complexity of the project. The clearer you are with your instructions, the faster we can finish a design you’re happy with.

Will I be able to see an estimated timeframe for my project?

You sure will. When a project is created your project manager will provide an estimated delivery date.

Is there a cap on the number of hours my designer will work for me?

Submitting a project to Klingit is super easy. All you need to do is send us your brief directly through the Klingit dashboard. We’ll also give you a call when you first sign up to Klingit and explain how it all works so that you’re ready to hit the ground running.

How exactly do I submit a project?

I need my designs in another language. Is this possible?

Of course! As long as you can clearly provide the instructions as well as the content to be included (in the other language), we can get it done for you. Please note that whatever language your designs are in, checking the correctness of the grammar and spelling will be on you!

Do I need to be aware of any hidden fees?

No – the package price you’ve signed up for is the only charge you can expect each month. This price includes all taxes and fees.

Do I need to set up multiple accounts for multiple businesses?

You certainly can if you want to, but we’ve built Klingit to make your life as easy as possible. Accordingly, you can manage design projects for as many businesses or brands as you like all from one handy place.

Who will own the rights to my designs?

Once we’ve sent them over, the designs – and their associated rights – will be all yours.
