How do I get billed for your service?

We offer a subscription model which means you’ll be charged on a monthly basis. This payment covers design services with no cap on how many projects you can submit nor on the number of revisions you need to get your design perfect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept payment via credit, debit card as well as a monthly invoice. Rest assured that our system is completely safe and secure.

How easy will it be to cancel my account?

A piece of cake – we promise. It’s so easy we’ve even given you various ways to do it. Simply email our support team directly or contact your project manager. Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request directly through the Klingit dashboard. We’ll cancel your account no questions asked, but would love to know why you’re leaving so we can improve our offering.

Do I need to be aware of any hidden fees?

No – the package price you’ve signed up for is the only charge you can expect each month. This price includes all taxes and fees.

If I don’t use my account in a given month will I be entitled to a refund for that month?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds if you don’t use your account. We do offer refunds in certain circumstances though so if you have any concerns please get in touch.
